I hope you have read it! I will be asking questions  These things are handy though just for reference. If somebody is down there and connects/picks up on something its one source to verify. You bet I add it as a bookmark and next time I go there whooosh its gone forever... Happy reading. |

Little is known about the monk that is supposed to haunt the place other than he was hung drawn and quartered on the site and supposely wanders around looking for his bits and bobs....
Though I think since we have encountered 7 monks and a young couple from the 60/70's down there.

hay could u tell me anymore bout the abbey?
bout the hauntings wat u have seen?
cos last night we saw a white women
and near the huge Yew tree not only a very strange nasty feeling towards it (wat could that be as most of us felt it)
and under that tree there was a little white box looking shape (maybe an orb, do u think?)

Hi I know a friend of mine once saw the shape of a monk walking along what would have been maybe a floor/corridor along the top of the abbey ruins. I've never seen anything myself, although I always get a funny feeling around yew trees!!!!  |

I remember Sue mentioning that many years ago that she saw the shape of a monk, at dusk, as if it was walking along what could have been a top floor or corridor......
We did go and dowse there a couple of times, and the pendulums went a bit wild near that yew tree!

i went to waverly about two months ago, unfortuantly we didnt pick up much apart from a 6year old called willard. it was mainly footsteps behind u cold spots, but generally not a bad place. p.s watch out for the mole holes
