www.old-maps.co.ukQuite interesting for research purposes. I found that where Kingsmead was in Farnborough was called Firgrove Cottage, which looking at it would have been about the right place.

Well done Spooky. This is a great website to see old maps of your home town, etc. You can zoom in to quite good detail. Also got options of viewing modern maps and aerial photos. I suspect that the aerial views are modern ;D

Wright Brothers ;D I looked at this site a while back, and where my house stands was a farm, dating back 500 years at least! So now it's a modern housing estate - great!!
