Four to beware
Covent Garden
A tall man in a frock coat and a top hat has been spotted on the platform for the past 50 years.
The figure is said to be actor William Terris, murdered near the Adelphi Theatre, at Christmas 1897.
Farringdon
Hat-maker Anne Naylor was murdered on the site of the station in 1758 by her boss and his daughter.
Some claim to hear her screams on the platform today.
Highgate
People living close to the station still claim to hear eerie sounds from an abandoned war-time cutting.
South Kensington
The last man off a final westbound service reported seeing a train screech through the station with an ear-piercing whistle, just before Christmas 1928, with the guard hanging off the side.
Both disappeared into the tunnel, never to be seen again.
just a bit of research to wet ur appitite.

ok i done some research, david my train friend works for the transport mueseum, these are the people to get in contact with, i will be doing this and handling all the messy details to see if we can get an all nighter but its usually a big thing when they let people so if we do it could even be on the news. ive been told so far that they very rarley do this on the count of the terrorisem now threatening london so there is a chance that this was all a waste of breath but im going to london this friday and i will have a word then just to see if i can get a phone number and perhaps compremise into letting us down there for an all nighter. dave has told me it is rare they ever do the tours to the forgotten stations with have been abandoned but even if they did he has said it is just a tour and will cost alot of money to hire. if we can get paranormal tours to help us out if we need it then perhaps we have a chance but ill do some talking tomorow and see what they say but i wont let it die easily, if he says no ill keep trying and have several attempts at it. i think its promising specially if ur interested steve, ill let u know, i alreayd have a small group who are up for it altho i havnt told them about expenses yet. altho it wil be high i think the chances it kicking off is high. il keep in touch on this forum.
