Having been earlier in the year and in 98 this site is defintiely worth further visits as I cant recomend the walk through the haunted woods and the castle enough. (certainly gets the adrenaline pumping)
Now this is an English Heritage site but the woods and grounds surrounding the castle are accessable 24/7.
To those more healthier and agile members of the team the castle wall is scalable but we in no way condone anybody tresspassing in the castle itself and I believe we need to obtain permission if we wish to do a vigil in the castle itself, from English Heritage.
The castle is also in a ruinous state, apart from St Margarets Tower and the Gate Keep or Chapel and there maybe a danger from the steep drop to the rear so we do need to be sensible on this one.
So who, when, where and what?

Ok, here I am again ( I'm going to start copying & pasting my replies). This is certainly a most do. I've had loads of chats with Steven about Berry Pomeroy & its most definitely on the "get down there & do a vigil " list. Its worth going there during daylight hours as about 70% of sightings have been during the day and then sticking around for the sun to sink and darkness to fall. Steven has also told me a bit about the haunted wood, which, I hope I'd be brave enough to venue into. Anyone else brave enough to come too?

Steven sold it to me when we were at the Abbey. Its an A-list celeb in the world of haunted locations. Somebody stick on a pot of coffee and pitch the tents... I feel an all day & nighter coming up! (im in) ;D
