I will be leading the investigation at Pleasley Vale Mills with PT. Went there in 2006 and it was an interesting site with quite a gruesome history.

This one is fast coming up. . I finally get to meet Ian Lawman. Stevens met him a few times and I believe there's best buds now. At least thats how Steven tell it. Very creepy place at night. If I remember correctly there's an old derelict house across from the mill where the mill owner used to live. Very spooky looking up at the empty, vacant windows at night. Unfortunately the house is in such a bad condition thats it's too dangerous for a vigil but I do seem to remember being told that a figure of a woman has been seen in the window.

Hi Teresa,
We had a great night. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D It was more active this time from when we went last year. I've not read all the reports from the night but myself personally I heard footsteps outside a door we knew no one was on the other side. I witnessed the planchette moving and writing the number "8" . Seemed it was a little boy named Billy who had connected with the same group earlier in the evening.
I believe that every vigil experienced some activity shadowy figures, glass movement, light and sound anomalies and 2 ladies unfortunately needed Ian Lawman's medium skills when spirits came to close to them. Ian Lawman himself was fantastic and a really nice guy. I had a chat with him before the event started and mentioned our website to him. ;D He told us all about his life in the workshop too. During the vigils he was fab. Connecting with spirits and making everyone's evening very enjoyable.
Stevens spirit guide, Pete also came along too. Steven was getting a song about wide open spaces, not sure what song it is or who sang it and the other was "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles". The wide open spaces song could have been indicating that the building was once open plan where as now its split into offices. I'm not sure about the other song though. I believe my spirit guide Anita, an Irish dancer popped along too.
All in all it was a great night and has changed my opinion of the site as I thought it was not a very paranormally active place last time. Would like to pay it another visit again. In my top 5 best haunted sites I think ;D
