Hello again Thought it was probably worth mentioning, as i had managed to leave it out of my original post, that st andrews church was built on the location of a former medieval church. the area surrounding it, now consisting of fields was also part of a medieval settlement, which was part of the reason why we wanted to investigate there, along with the fact that it has a rather strange atmosphere...... Definitely also worth further investigation i feel...

Regarding Holy Ghost Chapel, Spooky has advised that the grave under the group of yew trees is meant to be one of the Knights Templar, and a possible location of the grail. And the Mrs Blunden I was on about was supposedly buried alive in the grave yard after she went into a coma after drinking poppy water by mistake. (Thanks Spooky)

hey sammy, don't worry as you're not the only time team watcher.. I love it ;D Spent my childhood being dragged around castles etc by my parents.. loved St Michaels mount and would love to go back. One of the most eeriest places I have been though, was down the trenches in belgium when i was 15 ....very strong atmosphere..
Everyone.. I know we half joked about it but going to try and take a few shots nextdoor with digital and 35mm film.. see if we can get anything!

raven - give it a go with the pics of next door - might come up with something! I must admit I used to watch Time Team religiously too, not so much these days though, and I'm a HUGE fan of historial or interesting old buildings. Could spend every weekend traipsing round English Heritage and National Trust sites etc. And St Michael's Mount is one of my faves Along with the wartime tunnels at Dover Castle and and Carisbrooke Castle on the Isle of Wight.

We should arrange a forum outing there! It's such a huge site you need hours to get round it all.
Spooky - can you remember the name of the woman who is meant to lead you around at Holy Ghost Chapel?

And a shame you couldn't make it Zack - as I'm sure you would have liked it there - there was definitely something about that church!

follow up to the EVP without telling him anything that had gone on yesterday, just now i asked my 14 year old son to listen to the recording and tell me exactly what or who he can hear.. he told me he could hear a woman adult talking and kids playing in the background!he said it sounded like laughing, a high pitch and a lower one. another person to verify what we can hear earlier today my neighbour heard it and said she could hear the children ..

I have put a temporary link for the EVP at the following address: www.ratherspooky.co.uk/investigations-cliddesden.htmIt is a .wav file and is 1.3 Meg at the moment ... I will compress it to another format at some point so it will not take too long to download for dial-up users.
