Since i was about 6 years old i have been sleep walking but more occasionally sleep talking, i find this very interesting i know its not paranormal but my mum used to listen to me when i was little and hear me talking to people ,she knew i was asleep as she could stand right over me and i wouldnt wake, i used to talk to a man named Henry very often, my mum only reminded me about this the other day, i said henry was an old man who like to garden, and had a small dog Looking back i would say i had very imaginative dreams or could i have actually been talking to someone in my dream?? As i grew older i stopped mentioning him, i cant remember any of it, this all what my mum had told me the next day and as i grew up, bu the weird thing is my younger brother who is now 15 when he was younger used to see a fireman sitting on the window ledge just swinging his legs, and now my 8 year old sister ahs been waking in the night sleep walking and also talking about a small dog, could this all be connected? Or do we just have very vivid imagiination.
Nowadays i talk in my sleep of fairy's and bright lights, well so im told.
Does anyone else have any views on this, or any strange experiences with relatives or yourself's talking during sleep? I find it very interesting and i need to know im not weird lol!

Hi weirdo ;D I used to talk and play with two spirits when I was little so Im told as I have no recollection of it. My mum used to watch me through the crack of my door as I chatted away to an old man and woman so she knew I wasnt faking it. I used to talk in my sleep when I was younger but as I sleep so little nowadays I dont think I have time... So your not alone

my son sleep walks and talks in his sleep
tho it is often a mumble of words rather than anything i can make out
and my son is pretty sensitive in the fact he see's spirits around the home and outside
so perhaps there is a connection to sleep patterns and the spirit world
my son has often seen the little girl in our house when he is in the bit between sleep and waking
that's why i thought it could just be a dream at first, but we now know it definately isn't
that's my thoughts anyway

That does seem to be quite a common time to see a lot of sightings during or after being asleep. I wonder if its because the filters havent quite kicked in yet as we wake up or we are just on a much higher vibration and therefore "in tune" as they say.

I used to sleep walk and talk alot when I was a child. My nan used to lock the bedroom door because she was afraid I'd hurt myself. I would often find myself downstairs at odd hours of the night. I don't think I walk about in my sleep now but I still talk sometimes. DrJones talks in his sleep too. He's woken me up a few times with some random comments. When I can be bothered I try having a chat with him to see where it leads. Usally he just trails off and starts snoring again. ;D He was going on about the sun the other night. Not sure what that was about
