Hope everyone had a scrumptious Easter. Ok, a quick survey. What was the best chocolate Easter egg you tried this year? I have a Toblerone 'One by One' egg but as yet I haven't opened it. If you haven't tried the Toblerone 'One by One' (five varieties in single pieces) then give it a go as I think they are fantastic especially if you keep them in the fridge

Have you ever wondered why the chocolate in Easter eggs tastes better than the chocolate bars? Well there is a reason for it, the chocolate eggs have less preservatives and more cocoa in them as they are expected to be only on the shelf for a very short time period. So the moral is always check the "use by" date on Easter eggs before sinking your teeth in to them! There goes my useless fact ;D

My brother used to actually bring home loads of broken Easter eggs that couldn't be sold, but they tasted just as good!! Apparantly, we here in the UK use too much cocoa solids in our chocolate, and not enough milk/cream, and that's why Belgian/Swiss choccies are often thought of as nicer - (particularly Lindt)! Yum.
Discuss. :-)

Poor rabbit ;D
This year I have seen so many of those Lindt Chocolate rabbits covered in gold foil and in at least two different sizes. They must be breeding like rabbits !
