I love this story that my mother told me, it only happened last year. Last August my grandmother died (my mothers mum) and a couple of days after she died my mum went round to her house and was looking through some things, she picked up a little black bible and said to my dad "Oh, I didn't realise mum still had this little bible, I remember she had this when we were kids" she put the bible back on the book shelf and thought nothing more of it. That night mum phoned her very good friend to let her know that her mother had died and the first words out of her friends mouth were "well, if that little black bible brings you comfort you keep it"!!! mum was flabbergasted, to say the least, and the friend could not explain why she had said what she just said, obviously we think it was Nan talking through her. It's a true story, I promise!! Morticia

That is interesting. A friend of mine had a similar experience when he was working in a shop a few years ago. Unfortunatley I cant recall the phrase he used but the lady he was serving was a little taken a back as it was something her husband, who had died only recently, always said to her. My friend was also a little surprised as he didnt know where it had come from either and it kind of blurted out of nowhere.
It makes you wonder if in a lapse of concentration they can slip in there and get a message accross.
