Derek was fully aware he was filming a comedy when he agreed to appear on Bo Selecta and supposedly Craig David turns up wearing a Ghost Buster outfit for the shoot

It was agreed it would no way damage his credibility before hand so no animals or mediums were harmed in the filming of the new series.

"Actually Derek wasn't acting. It was a legitimate investigation which took place at Smithills Hall near Bolton - just no Yvette but "Craig David" instead who chose to dress up for the night in a "Ghostbusters" overall with a pack on his back, Kes on his arm and a strategically placed toilet roll slung from his belt. The programme makers were pretty sensitive to the fact that they shouldn't compromise Derek's credibility."

The Bo Selecta TV trailer that shows Derek Acorah is hilarious, I have taped loads of channel 4 over the past couple of days so as soon as I see it again, I will capture it and sling it on the server for web site consideration

Its on Channel 4 at 22:00 I think or maybe 22:30 but after Big Brother on Fridays.

Derek was aware that the show is a comedy and was well up for it.

Avid came as Craaaaiiiiig David and wore a ghostbusters outfit with back pack and loo roll on a holder attached to his belt. (for obvious reasons)

The investigation though was for real it seems just had Kes and Craiig David instead of Yvette and Phil/kieron/jason.

I dont believe they have shown it yet but when they do we will do our best to capture it and make at available in wmv.
