Scrying

Has anyone tried scrying? It involves looking into a mirror at your reflection asthough you're looking at one of those 'Magic Eye' pictures and you're supposed to see spirit faces/images. I tried this at the last investigation I went on at a hair and beauty salon which had plenty of mirrors so it was the perfect place to give it a go. I've tried this at home and not much happened but here it was instant. Almost as soon as I gazed into the mirror my face started to change into that of a much older man with a beard, then someone turned out the light and the image was frighteningly clear. This made me shiver, I blinked and the image was gone. It was interesting because another team member had picked up on a guy in his 50s who had a full beard, and later in a glass seance session we got the man again so I asked if it was him I'd seen in the mirror and the answer was yes! Anyway has anyone else had any experiences like this?
