Its hard to say really. Where does spiritual activity become poltergeist activity?
I suppose your typical poltergeist would be assoicated with an unwelcome guest scenario in the house that is being disruptive and annoying. Not really had anything disruptive that I would describe as too stressful or that I didnt know who was behind it at home.
On locations though we have been kicked, pulled, chased, been in the room when chairs have been shoved against the wall and seen a stuffed animal being knocked across the room among other things.
Did you find anything out about the activity you had as a teenager?

no i never found out anything
and i never told anyone either at the time
tho i always considered the house i grew up in to be haunted
but when i was by myself i used to have very odd things go happen
my stereo would switch it's self of, that happened a few times
and i had loud knocking on my bedroom door, when i was the only one in the house
and i always felt watched specially at night time, it was not a nice atmosphere to live in
and i never told anyone until recently because i felt silly
and thought now one would believe me
that's why i have always listen to my own children, when they have shared things they have seen

That's interesting Zack. Just after I left school I had a boyfriend whose house had a lot of poltergiestal activity, mainly he thought at the time caused by his younger brother. I also knew of another boy who regularly had stuff thrown around his room, and I myself witnessed a photo frame shooting off the mantlepiece by itself!

A dress rehearsal for the Red Lion on 26th. I hope Spooky brings some of his special coffee, as he puts it! ;D

Well I'll need plenty of that as I'm not good at staying up late, let alone all night! ;D
You're going to the Red Lion aren't you Zack?

Zack, yes I am. Heard lots about the Red Lion, and have visited the stones a few times, but never the pub!

He's lurking Zack. He has this amazing way of posting without his name appearing at the bottom. ;D
