Evening Zack
My question is regarding the 'healing' aspect. Just over a year ago I suddenly started suffering from migraines. The only areas that have been considered as a possible cause have been stress (too much), exercise (too little) and diet (wrong types). Do you have any views on such medical problems ... or better still alternative ways to relieve the sitaution ?
Thanks Chris'

Zack Sorry to read that you are a fellow sufferer. Only after a migraine has been experienced can the true impact be appreciated. 'Men's Health' magazine ... ok, I will get a copy tomorrow ... so long as the snow permits. Thanks for the offer on lending me your copy, I might have to take you up on it if I can't find a copy. I will keep you posted. Sting

Thank you for your healing thoughts. You are very kind!
Touch wood ... I am pleased to say that I have not had a bad attack since Christmas.

This is obviously a trendy thing to suffer from, as I'm not immune to pretty grotty migraines as well. So Zack, chuck some of your healing this may as well please.

Men's Health appears to have the answers to everything including the meaning of life and everything (reference to The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy). Must be a best seller magazine.

Just looked at the www.menshealth.co.uk website and the issue in question appears to be March 2005. But get it quick as the next issue (April) is on sale from 7 March. Why do they sell April's issue in March? Or is that another mystery of life?
