This is another book I recently bought, as the subject of spirit guides intrigues me! Again not expensive at only £4.99, this book seems to cover all aspects on the subject, including a chapter on Important Precautions, giving guidelines on keeping safe.
Although I've yet to meet my spirit guide I found this book a good read.

Anyone else read it?

I read that book a few years ago and found it interesting as well, I think I suggested Sam read it but I know she wasnt too impressed with it.

I must admit though I might have to read it again one day as I have read and learnt so much since it would be interesting to see if I felt the same way about it.
